Bhojpuri super star Pawan Singh is playing the role of a police officer in “Kartavya” produced by Brajesh J. Singh and directed by Jagdish Sharma under the banner of Srimati Chandravati Production. Viewers have seen Pawan Singh as a clean shaven face and will now see him in a new look as Pawan Singh is with a thick grown moustache on his face in this film. Other stars of the film are Vikrant Singh, Monalisa, Mehna Patel, Brijesh Tripathi, Gopal Ray, Maya Yadav, K.K.Goswami, Ritu Pandey, Nanhe Pandey, Deepak Bhatia, Sanjay Verma and Seema Singh. Lyrics are by Vinay Bihari and Shyam Dehati while story and screeplay are by Naeem Ezaz and Jagdish Sharma, Madhukar Anand has given the music in the film.
