Nowadays nearly half of Bihar theatres are showing films of Evergreen Super Star of Bhojpuri cinema, Ravi Kishan. He has given four super hits in succession and this has raised his value among the Bhojpuri film producers. Ameircan company Pun Films has signed him for their next film for a sum of five millions!
Ravi Kishan starrer film Devra Bada Satavela has celebrated 100 days in three cinema halls and is progressing towards silver jubilee. The film is being shown at two dozen cinema halls. Even when the craze of this film continues Ravi Kishan starrer anothe film Balidaan too has started making waves. Jacky Shroff is in the film too.
Recently, Ravi Kishan starrer film Satyameva Jayate was released with grand opening at several theatres. It has earned a good collection at 25 theatres. This film is produced by Anil Singh and directed by Babloo Soni. Trade pandits are predicting this film to be the biggest earner of the year. And the latest success strory relates to Jara Deb Duniya Tohra Pyaar Me produced by Pun Films, and American company. This film was also included in the Cannes Films Festival this year and happens to be the first Bhojpuri film included at Cannes.
Jara Deb Duniya Tohara Pyaar Me was housefull for the initial three days in nearly forty theatres of Bihar and is reminding the viewers the grand success of Devra Bada Satavela. Encouraged by the good response to Jara Deb Duniya… Pun Films has signed Ravi Kishan for a hefty sum of five million Rupees for their next film.
Ravi Kishan says it is all due to the love and affection shown by his fans. He says that he always cares for his acting and it is the love of viewers that his films are being superhits.
