It is alleged that the popular song Munni Badnam Hui … is a copy of an old popular Bhojpuri song of yores Launda Badnam Hua. The original song was sung by Tarabano Faizabadi. Her family is living a life of penury and there is no one to take care of them, neither Salman Khan nor the team of Dabang.
Now Manoj Tiwari, megastar of Bhojpuri cinema, has raised the issue and has demanded some financial help for the family of Tarabano Faizabadi from Salman Khan and the team of Dabang. He says that it will show their magnanimity if they came forward to extend some financial help to her family.
Tarabano Faizabadi had sung the song for a Bhojpuri album 20 years ago and the song became very popular. Later one of her other songs Paan Kha La Munni became superhit too. Manoj Tiwari says that what he can say as an artist that many a times similar lyrics are composed but if Salman Khan or the team of Dabang can help Tarabano’s family it will be their greatness.
The song Muni Badnam Hui… of the film Dabang has been voiced by Mamta Sharma and Aishvarya has played it on the screen and it has become very popular.
