Though many call him super star of Bhojpuri cinema, Vinay Anand does not see himself as a super star. He is happy to be known as a super actor ! Recently in an interview Vinay Anand said that he will be happy to be called a super actor, though his fans call him a super star out of their love and affection towards him. According to Vinay Anand the real super star was Rajesh Khanna followed by Amitabh Bachchan.
Criticising the rat-race in the Bhojpuri film industry Vinay Anand said that some producers care only for profit and in the process make useless films defaming the Bhojpuri cinema. He hoped that such type of producers cannot stay for long and soon the industry will be free of these people. He also felt that intelligent and good people too are gradually entering the industry and are making good films.
When asked about his USP, Vinay Anand said that he always cares for the producers and never harass his producers and directors and that is the reason they are always happy to sign him again and again.
Enumerating his forthcoming films Vinay Anand named Trinetra, Elan-E-Jung, Damad Chahi Fokat Me, Hamre Name Zila Hilela, Tulsi Bin Sun Anganwa, Bandhanmuktam Kazra Mohabbatwala etc.
