Sink Sound technique used in a Bhojpuri Film for the first time

Bhojpuri cinema is gradually becoming mature and technically sound. New techniques are increasingly being used in Bhojpuri films and the recent example of this advancement is the use of Sink Sound Technique. This technique helps to use the dialogues spoken during shooting of the film and makes dubbing unneccessary.

Nirahua and Rinku Ghosh in Mrityunjay

This SST has been used in the first Bhojpuri film of N.N. Sippy Production produced by Pravesh Sippy and directed by Jagdish Sharma. jagdish Sharma is a well known Bhojpuri film director while N.N.SIppy Production is more known for its Hindi blockbusters like Kalicharan, Gumnam, WO kaun Thi, Fakira, Meri Jung, Paras, Devta etc. It has produced neary one and a half dozen Hindi films but Mrityunjay is their first Bhojpuri film.

Nirahua and Jagdish Sharma said that Sippy Production entering Bhojpuri film production is a welcome sign for Bhojpuri cinema and Mrityunjay will be a new link in the development of Bhojpuri cinema which is already running parallel to Hindi cinema. The main stars of the film are Dinesh Lal Yadav Nirahua, Rinku Ghosh, Brijesh Tripathi, Manoj Tiger, Sanjay Pandey, and Gopal Rai. Story and screennplay is by Ezaz and Jagdish Sharma, dialogues by Surendra Mishra, lyrics by Vinay Bihari and Pyarelal Yadav, music by Dhananjay Mishra, Action Ram Shetty, dance Ricky Gupta and Tejas Dutta, camera Raju KG, and line producer is Ashish Gupta while production designer is Sagar Shukla. Nasir Haquim Ansari is editor of the film.
