With increasing successes of Bhojpuri cinema more and more famous film personalities are entering Bhojpuri film industry. These names include Dilip Kumar, Saira Bano, N.R.pachisia, Ekta Kapoor, Indra Kumar, Deepak Savant, Bhagyashree, Mahindra and Mahindra, and now Subhash Ghai too who is better known as the show man of Bollywood.
Ghai has presented a Bhojpuri film Dharmatma under the banner of his film company “Mukta Arts Ltd.” This film is going to be released on 15th Oct. on the occasion of Dussehara. Megastar of Bhojpuri cinema Ravi Kishan is in the lead role in the film with Sadhika Randhawa.
Dharmatma tries to show how a young follower of Mahatma Gandhi’s ideal of Ahimsa turns into the “Dharmatma” of gunfire due to the present corrupt system ! Prakash Jaiswal has directed this film which tries to teach a moral while entertaining the viewers. The film has Gaurav Ghai, Monalisa, Raja Murad, Brijesh Tripathi, Ballabh Vyas, Mustaq Khan, and Shabnam Kapoor in its star-cast along with Ravi Kishan and Sadhika Randhawa.
Story and script is by Naeem Ezaz and dialogues are by Surendra Mishra. Lyrics are by Vinay Bihari while music is composed by Rajesh Gupta. Rajeh Kanoj is its Associate Producer.
The climax of the film is ites USP which depicts the hero Ravi Kishan killing the criminal polician and minister after entering the Vidhan Sabha and then denounces the path of violence.
