Releases and Runs

• Dushmani produced by Durga Prasad and directed by Rajkumar R.Pandey is running handsomely towards celebrating 50th Day in Bihar. Stars of the film include Dinesh Lal Yadav, Viraj Bhatt, Pakhi Hegde, Rinku Ghosh and others.
• Vinay Anand starrer film Trinetra in 4th week in BIhar. This is an achievement for Shad Kumar, who became director from being a cameraman, and Dharmesh who became actor from being a civil engineer. The film is produced by Pratima D.Mishra. The grand success of the film is also beneficial for Vinay Anand, Pankaj Kesri, Vijay Lal Yadav, Samarth Chaturvedi, Seema Panday, Divya Dvivedi, Rubi Singh, Puja Singh and others. An underwater item number is the star attraction of the film and viewers are enjoying the item dances by Sapna and Seema Singh.
• Hot Ba Jawani Ab Jiyan Ae Rajaji produced by Seven Star Entertainment and directed by Arvind Chaube is in 4th week in Bihar. Stars of the film include Viraj Bhatt, Chhotu Chhaliya, Ruby SIngh and others.
• Sajan Chale Sasural has entered 2nd Week in Bihar. This film is produced by Alok Kumar and directed by Premanshu Singh. It is said that the film has had a very good collection at the counters in Chapra, Siwan, Mirganj, Motihari, Dehri, Sasaram, Ara, Buxar etc. This is the 7th consecutive hit film produced by Alok Kumar. Congrats Alok ! Stars of the film include Khesari Lal Yadav, Smriti Sinha and others.
• Hum Hain Dharmyoddha has a grand opening in Mumbai when it was released last week after successful run in Bihar. This is a family oriented film where the elder brother does everything required to make his younger brother a success and the film shows the return he gets for his troubles ! Ths film is produced by Narayan Singh Guddu and directed by Swapnil Mayankar, Main stars of the film are Sudeep Panday, Avinash Shahi, Priya Sharma, Komal Dhillon etc.

• First copy of the film Pran Jaye Par Vachan Na Jaye came out recently from the labs. Produced by Mahipal Das Gupta, Directed by K.D. Stars of the film are Ravi Kishan, Rajiv Dinkar, Akshara Singh and others.
• Editing of Kehu Humse Jeet Na Paye is completed. Producers are Dr. Vajahat Karim and Dr.Surhit Karim. Director is M.I.Raj. Stars of the film are Ravi Kishan, Rinku Ghosh, Sushil Singh and others.
• One more song has been added to Ram Lakhan produced by Rajkumar Dahima and directed by Iqbal Baksh. Stars of the film are Sushil Singh, Anara Gupta, Som Yadav and others.
• Jwala Mandi – Ek Prem Kahani has been enriched with an additional song. Producer Raju Singh. Director Jagdish Sharma. Stars of the film are Ravi Kishan, Rani Chatterjee, Awadhesh Mishra etc.
• Dubbing of Malla Yuddha is complete now. Produced by Sunil Chauhan and directed by Chand Mehta the film stars Ravi Kishan, Rani Chatterjee, Shubham Tiwari etc.
• Piyava Bada Satavela is under post production these days. Producers are Vinod Gupta and Ankit Shah. Director Rajkumar R.Panday. Stars of the film are Ravi Kishan, Viraj Bhatt, Rani Chatterjee, Krisha Khandelwal and others. Producer Vinod Gupta is the person who instituted Bhojpuri Film Awards, now in its sixth year. Ravi Kishan hopes that this film under the direction of Rajkumar R.Panday wiell repeat the grand performance of “Devra Bada Satavela”.
• Editing or Nirahua Mail is complete now. Producer K.S.Saibaba. Director G.Subbarao. Stars are Dinesh Lal Yadav, Pakhi Hegde, Manoj Tiger and others.
• Film Saiya Driver Bibi Khalasi is at mixing stage. Producer of the film is Anuj Gupta, director os Anjani Kumar. Stars of the film are Kunal SIngh, Rinku Ghosh, Awadhesh Mishra and others.

Shootings and Sets

• Start to finish shooting of Tulsi Bin Soon Anganawa was completed recently at Panvel. Producer R.B.Sharma. Director Shailesh Srivasatava. Stars are Vinay Anand, Monalisa, S.M.Jaheer etc.

Before Shootings

• Music muhurt of Takdeer was held recently at Mumbai. Kunal Singh broke the coconut and a song was recorded in the voice of Udita Narayan and Music direction of Ashok Ghawahil. It will be directed by Qamar Hajipuri.
• Muhurt of Dhak Dhak Dhadke Jiyra Hamar was organised recently. Producer Ravi Shankar Jyoti claims thar Nitish Kumar, CM of Bihar, too will act in the film. Alok Kumar and Mohan Rathor are the two stars of the film while Rani Chatterjee is in the lead female role.
• Rinku Ghosh has been signed with Manoj Tiwari after a long gap of six years for the film Andha Kanoon which will also introduce the famed Bollywood actor Kadar Khan. Famous choreographer Ganesh Acharya too has been signed for the film and he will be directing Manoj Tiwari for the first time.
  Rinku Ghosh and Manoj Tiwari were seen togather in “Daroga Ji I Love You” and “Saugandh”. Both these films were liked by the viewers. Saugandh was released in 2005 and after that they are coming togather in 2011.
• The top Bhojpuri director Rajkumar R. Panday has signed the top Bhojpuri villain Sanjay Panday once again. This will be ninth occasion when these two worked togather for a film.

• Recently when Vodafone launched it “Star Talk”scheme more than two lakh customers phoned wihin one hour of opening of the scheme, a new record for any star. Last time when another star was the target the number hardly reached three thousands. But as it was impossible to serve so many customers in such a small time frame only twenty customers were lucky to get the opportunity to talk with their favorite star. The callers came from all age groups.
• >Mahesh Pandey is going to marry Madhu from Varanasi on 24th June. Mahesh Panday is the person who started a new trend with his serials like Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki, Sas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thee etc. He also directed and produced films like 332 Mumbai to India, Gabbar Singh, Hum Bal Brahmchari Too Kanya Kunwari etc. His marriage will be attended by many stalwarts of Bhojpuri cinema.
• Music of Aulad has beeb released by T-series. The film is produced by Nirahua Entertainment and directed by Aslam Sheikh. Stars are Dinesh Lal Yadav, Pravesh Lal, Pakhi Hegde, Shubhi Sharma among others.
• Rahul Khan of Patna has debuted with Bhojpuri film Yuddha Hathkadi. His father wanted him to become engineer and so he did. But at the same time Rahul Khan kept his dream of acting alive and has now acted in a Ravi Kishan starrer film.
